Conceived as a modern boutique hotel for Johannesburg’s northern suburbs, Regent Heights brings together clean contemporary architecture, thoughtfully curated interiors, and a culture of genuine hospitality. With just 18 rooms, every guest receives the kind of personal attention that larger hotels simply cannot offer — a familiar face at breakfast, a team that remembers your name, and spaces that feel considered rather than corporate.

When the Highveld sun is out, the Regent Heights outdoor pool terrace is where you want to be. Our pool area is a genuine retreat: a calm, beautifully outdoor space where guests can lounge, cool off, and enjoy the open air at their own pace. The terrace doubles as an alfresco dining and drinks space during the day, or after work, making it the perfect spot for a relaxed lunch or a late afternoon cocktail.

Guests can start each day with a generous complimentary buffet breakfast, while the hotel’s signature gallery hallway, featuring portraits of world icons, adds a distinctive touch of character and charm.
Thoughtfully designed with clean lines, warm tones, and elegant finishes, the hotel blends modern sophistication with comfort. Guests can relax beside the outdoor pool and terrace, while our private events venue accommodates up to 20 guests for meetings, conferences, and celebrations. Secure on-site parking for 20 vehicles is available, and airport transfers can be arranged on request for a seamless stay.
